Welcome to the Sutton Grange website
Taylor Wimpey North Midlands has been selected as the preferred developer to create one of the first residential development parcels which form part of the Shrewsbury South Sustainable Urban Extension (SUE) Masterplan.
As a result of this, we have brought forward detailed proposals for Sutton Grange, proposed as a high-quality new homes development located on a 16-hectare site to the north of the B4380 Oteley Road, off Sutton Grange Drive.
The public consultation period for Sutton Grange has now ended, and a detailed planning application has been submitted by Taylor Wimpey to Shropshire Council. If you would like to find out more about our proposals, you can do so by exploring this website.
